To order Workplace Dimensions’ products on this Web site (the “Site”), you will have to provide certain registration information. This includes your name, company, e-mail address, etc. A billing address and credit card information is also required if you have selected a paid account.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used for processing and filling your order, billing, identification and authentication, marketing, service improvement, contact, research, general purposes and to send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing will be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. Workplace Dimensions will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your information. Your ordering information, including credit card number, will be transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.

Nonetheless, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure or error-free. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You agree that Workplace Dimensions will not be liable for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.
